Julie Chase
Julie Chase brings more than a decade of specialized knowledge to Walden Security as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout her tenure at Walden Security, Julie has served in positions for both the Federal Services Division (FSD) and the Commercial Services Division (CSD) bringing a wealth of experience to the senior executive level. She has significant experience within the Benefits, Medical and Human Resources Departments. In her role as EVP, she oversees the Human Resources activities of the corporation for both FSD and CSD.
In her most recent role with Federal Services Division as the Director of Human Resources, Julie developed one-on-one communication with management and peers, implemented processes and procedures with learning and development, and enacted new labor relations programs to assist our staff. Her interactions were never limited solely to HR; she played an important role in the leadership of FSD in all areas, dealing with over 3,000 field-level personnel as well as the entire FSD staff.
Julie holds her PHR and is a certified ADA Coordinator. She is also a member of the Society for HR Management (SHRM), the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Chapter of Chattanooga Women Leaders.

Fin Johnson
For more than 40 years, Fin Johnson, Executive Vice President, Federal Services Division at Walden Security, has worked in municipal, federal and international law enforcement, security, public safety and emergency services. Fin is a retired Police Lieutenant (California), former FBI Special Agent and Coast Guard veteran. In his current role, Fin manages all aspects of the Federal Services Division along with a dedicated team of vice presidents and division directors. Jon Mitchell
Jon Mitchell is responsible for overseeing branch leadership and strategic customer accounts in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas as Walden Security’s Executive Vice President, Commercial Services Division. He first joined Walden Security in 2018 as Regional Vice President over Walden’s largest branch, which services Georgia and Florida. Jon has 20-plus years of progressively responsible security management, growth leadership and law enforcement experience, along with an outstanding record of increasing efficiency through diligent leadership and team building. His industry and mobile workforce reporting knowledge has supported an increase in supplying efficient, cost-saving remote technology services for our customers company-wide. Dick Wong

Alecia Clark

Bill Clendenen

Christopher Fason
Christopher Fason serves as the Director of Information Technology at Walden Security's Corporate Headquarters. Prior to joining Walden Security, he spent over 20 years in IT at Unum in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In his most recent position as Director of IT within the Digital End User Computing organization, Christopher led a global team comprising 2 managers and 26 employees. This team included 9 offshore resources based in India, alongside coordination with Unum IT teams in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Ireland. His department held responsibility for end-user IT support, software packaging and distribution, and IT asset management and software compliance.
As the IT Director, Chris develops and implements IT strategies to support Walden Security's objectives, with a focus on security and compliance. Larry Freeman
As General Manager, Larry Freeman will oversee Walden Security’s Atlanta, Georgia and Orlando, Florida Branches. Larry Freeman has over 16 years of leadership, operations and customer service experience. He has been with Walden Security since 2017 as a Portfolio Manager, where he served as a client liaison and was responsible for the daily security operations for several metro Atlanta, Tampa and Charlotte commercial buildings. His experience allows him to oversee day-to-day operations while being able to focus on providing world-class customer service to our clients.

Greg Fowler
Greg Fowler is the General Manager for Walden Security’s Charlotte and Greenville branches. He has over 16 years of leadership and operations experience, along with 22 years of service in the United States Navy as a Master Chief Petty Officer, where he gained extensive experience in force and high-value asset protection.

Erica Gurrieri
Erica Gurrieri oversees all business development strategy and processes for Walden Security’s Commercial Services Division, which includes supporting the commercial sales team. She brings nearly 20 years of sales, marketing and management experience to her role.
First joining Walden Security in 2019, Erica served as the Proposal Manager with responsibility over all commercial proposals as well as local and state government opportunities. During that time, she supported efforts in expanding national account growth; developed and distributed strategic sales resources; and contributed to business development training programs. Jan Harvey
Jan serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition for both CSD and FSD, working to support recruiters, streamline their processes and procedures and improve the overall retention rate at Walden Security. She works within WinTeam, Kwantek and other platforms the company utilizes to assist recruiting efforts across 14 commercial branches and the corporate branch. The purview of her work includes 29 states and two U.S. territories.
Jan has been with Walden Security since 2015 and was hired on as an HR Administrator before working her way up to Project Manager and then earning a promotion to HR Manager. In her previous role, her skillset helped recruit and staff the USMS contracts, including seven of 12 U.S. Judicial Circuits. She traveled to dozens of job fairs and represented Walden Security while simultaneously supporting her team and the incumbent officers.

Vicky Johnson
Vicky Johnson is a finance and accounting professional with extensive business experience focused on corporate accounting in multiple industries. Ed Leitgeb
As regional vice president (RVP) for Walden Security, Ed Leitgeb directs the local branch teams in North and South Carolina, which include the Charlotte, Charleston and Greenville markets. Ed oversees operations, human resources, field supervision, training and administration for the branches. He brings more than 30 years of experience to several critical areas, including quality management, site inspections and new contract start-ups. Johnna Pace
Johnna Pace serves Walden Security’s Federal Services Division (FSD) as the Director of Operations. She oversees all FSD contracts and provides operational leadership in every aspect, including customer satisfaction, proposal development, budgets and billing. She also manages Walden Security’s FSD procurement partnerships and equipment inventory.
A 10-year veteran of Walden Security, Johnna leads with a pragmatic and precise approach, qualities valued by her government clients. Her reliability and dedication to the department launched her career in operations after starting in accounting. After two years with Walden Security, she was promoted to Operations Account Coordinator in which she orchestrated all new account transitions and facilitated ongoing contract requirements, such as pay rates, bill rates, vacation policies and budgeting information.
In her most recent position, Johnna served as FSD Operations Manager for a federal account in which 2,500 court security officers supply more than 90,000 weekly service hours throughout 24 states. A proven performer, Johnna earned the Spirit of Excellence Award from Walden Security in 2015.

Bob Posey
Bob Posey is Walden Security's executive manager of the USMS Court Security Program. He serves as Vice President of the USMS Operations West Region, where he will manage the 8th, 9th, and 10th Circuits, complementing James Matthew, the VP, USMS for the East Region.
Bob is a career law enforcement professional with experience in national and international operations, training and administration. Bob came to the USMS CSO program after two decades as a police officer and police sergeant, followed by a stint as an adjunct professor and division manager with the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission. He then spent 4 years with the DOJ, training law enforcement personnel in Pakistan, Russia and Moldova.

Pat Silberman

Dana Smith
Dana Smith serves Walden Security’s Federal Services Division as the Director of Human Resources. In her role, she supports more than 3,000 security officers and supervisors. The purview of her work includes 28 states and two U.S. territories, including seven of the 12 U.S. Judicial Circuits. As the Director of HR, Dana focuses on improving employee relations as well as processes and procedures – both internally and out in the field.
Dana began her career with Walden Security in 2012 as an HR Administrator until she was promoted to HR Manager. In that role, she played an integral part in transitioning the seven USMS Circuits, the Alabama National Guard and the Social Security Administration contracts. Throughout these transitions, Dana focused on organizing travel and onboarding. She also represented Walden Security at the dozens of job fairs hosted throughout this transitional phase all over the country.
Her devotion to supporting security officers and supervisors across the country and her team does not go unnoticed. Dana earned the Above and Beyond award in 2012 and 2015. In 2014, she earned the Spirit of Excellence award.

Chad Sullivan
As Assistant Director of the Technology Services Division (TSD), Chad oversees the MSU department and the Central Technology Center (CTC). When MSUs are installed at sites, our CTC monitors the camera feeds and event-based alarms 24/7. The CTC responds to more than 25,000 alarms per week, with operators taking an average of four and a half minutes to respond to each alarm. As Assistant Director, Chad ensures the successful implementation of new MSUs, including training and equipment, and coordinates all functions, communication and procedures for MSUs and the CTC.
Since 2021, Chad has worked as an Account Manager for Walden Security. Before that, he worked as a Police Officer at Chattanooga State Community College and as a Contractor at Lipsey Logistics. He is a retired Sergeant with the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD), where he served for 26 years. In his 26 years with the CPD, he was a SWAT team member, Traffic Division Commander over the Investigation Team, and a part of the DUI Task Force. Zach Winchester
As Director of Quality Assurance, Zach Winchester plans, coordinates and directs the quality assurance program to ensure the proper delivery of security services to customers. He oversees and maintains the ISO certification, a Quality Management System (QMS) that provides consistent, standardized security guard force management - including staffing, training, start-up operations, records management and compliance administration. Rebecca Fann
